Need help tweaking weapons in JA

I want to modify a few of the attributes (such as damage, accuracy) of the weapons in Jedi Academy, but I don't know how.

Here's what I already know:
-how to change the firing rate of a weapon
-how to change the ammo consumption of a weapon
-how to change the ammo type of a weapon
-how to change the max ammo for an ammo type
-how to change the the amount of ammo received from items

Here's what I'd like to know:
-how to change weapon/projectile damage
-how to change the accuracy/projectile spread of a weapon
-how to change the number of projectiles fired simultaneously
-how to change the amount of ammo received from ammo stations
-how to change the amount of shield energy received from shield stations
-how to change the 200 unit cap on the amount of shield energy received
from shield stations

I know this is really basic stuff, but I just can't seem to figure it out. It was incredibly easy to do in Doom 3; it took me 5 minutes find out how.
