Ok, i'm not sure which thread you wanted the answer in so i'm guessing the latest (and uneeded) one. I think i'm correct in presuming you are talking about freeing the millenium falcon on the escape from hot level? If so, you need to repeatedly shooth the little generators on each side of the shield. There are two of them, one at head height and another above. It is quicker if you use the turret to do so, but not when the Imps are swarming you. Shoot all four of them and the shiled should go.
