Can't get image in my signature

I am trying to add an image to my signature and it will not show. I took the image off my desktop, does it have to be from online?

To get a custom title you need over 1000 posts....

Though exceptions are made if you do something exceptional I believe....

The only other way would be to marry a staff member like Jimbo
