How to buy?

So, here's the story. Over the last couple of weeks I've been thinking more and more about replaying GF because it's such a fantastic world, I love the art, etc. etc. etc. I went to install it a few minutes ago and discovered that I've lost the game!! I cannot for the life of me figure out what I did with the discs, and I find this seriously frustrating.

I'm now thinking I need to buy the game again -- preferably new so as to avoid issues of possible piracy, or scratched discs, or what have you. But I don't know how to go about doing that. I'm not interested in using eBay, and Amazon only has a copy for something like $40 CAD. (Which is insane. For a game this old I'd expect a better price.)

Anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

Well if you have already legally owned a copy of the game, downloading a torrent won't hurt anyone will it?
