Question

Is the Valley of the Dark Lords, Korribon based on the Valley of the Kings in Egypt?

Nothing official, but there's a good chance those who depicted the Valley got their inspiration from the Valley of the Kings.

Plus, the ancient Sith Lords (Full and Half-breed Sith species) tended to wear Jewelry, Robes and there facial hair much like Egypt's pharaohs, so I'd say yes.
