Sound Problem with Clevo M571RU

I bought a new laptop some days ago and when I installed Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds on it, on the main menu, you have the main music of Star Wars... but it's completely destroyed, it's very ugly, but this doesn't occur on other computers, and this doesn't occur on other games on this laptop...
any idea?

The CD might be scratched, try re-installing unless you already have...

No it's the music of the main menu that is not on the CD as an audio track, and anyway on another computer there is not this problem so it can't be the cd's fault.
