Which Star Wars game is this?
I saw a commercial on channel G3 that had a clip of an Imperial Star Destroyer crashing in front of a robed figure (presumably a powerful Jedi).
It looked freakin' cool.
Does anybody know what game this was? I know I'm not giving y'all much to work with, but it's all I've got.

Thanks. That looks amazing.
I'm definitely going to need a new computer before I can play that one!

Arr, that be more than what we can work with, me matey! That is one of the *counts on fingers* 5 pieces of concept art that are making the game enticing and in any way unique.

I don't have a playstation or x-box, just found this site, and actually installed KotOR 1 about a month ago for the first time on my computer.
Heck, I haven't owned a gaming console for over 10 years.
Anyway, better late that never, right?

Actually the best version of The Force Unleashed is on the Xbox 360 and PS3 meaning more money you can get the cheaper version on PS2 though. I still haven't played games such as X-Wing Alliance so i've missed alot too.

Is there anyplace online I can view the differences in the graphics?
Also, what's the price difference (the last console I had was a Playstation that cost me $90) in the console and game?
Thanks!

there's no difference graphically between 360 and PS3
Wii is slightly better than PS2, and PSP and DS are the bottom rung, obviously.

woop, i'm glad I bought an Xbox 360 now.
I can't wait for this to come out - the new trailer looks awesome!
ps. this argument about 'xbox is better than ps; ps is better than xbox.' it's juust a games console - ive had to deal with this argument since i was like 11!

Agreed, it is childish. Every true gamer knows there's no point in arguing.
Besides, we all know the 360 is the superior console

heck the only reason i don't have a PS3 next to my 360 (and all that other stuff, lol) is because of the price >.<

So, starting from scratch, what's the least expensive way to play this game (console + game) ?

I'd recommend you get a PS2 for this game. TheForce.net's review on the PS2 version said that even though the 360 and PS3 versions were better, the PS2 one was still a great game.

Well, the graphics don't look all that impressive to me, so the system requirements would still be reasonable. Physics could be a problem, but I believe that can be solved by nVidia's inclusion of that PhysX thing they bought a while back: Ageia or something it was called...

The PS2 should range from 100-150 dollars, maybe less, i don't know, i bought mine three years ago and the price was around that. I'd say the game will be around 50 to 60 dollars.

Because we dislike consoles, or just significantly prefer this platform over the others. And besides, we have no proof as to whether the game is best on an Xbox or a PS3 or a Wii. Or a PS2, DS or PSP for that matter.

Google is your friend, you know.
Amazon lists a PS2 at $129 and used ones should come in double-digit figures. Force Unleashed comes at $39.99.

Yes, Gamestop sells refurbished consoles. My PS2 came from them and it's still running fine almost 2 years later.
