Problem with my server...Ja+?

Hello, I want to ask you guys some questions. Ive set up my own server and when I asked a friend of mine to join it he got disconnected, the console showed this error:

handle 1: video/ja01.roq

86262 files in pk3 files
Shutting down OpenGL subsystem
ERROR: no shader files found

And what I want to know is how to configure my server to run using Ja+ mod. I would be really chering if some1 posted a server.cfg too...(with all the necesary configurations)
