I used DesktopX, from Stardock. It can transform your desktop to whatever someone mods it into.
The skin I'm using is the LCARS Skin. It's abit unstable though, so I don't use it much. Not sure if it's the skins fault or DesktopX itself.
I also installed BootSkin to change the Windows logo while starting up my machine to this, aswell as the loginscreen with LogonStudio to make it appear like so.

Oh, I forgot to add, the LCARS is for screen resolution 1024x768 only I'm afraid. It doesn't automatically resize, which is a shame.
