You don't open .LVL files in ZeroEditor. You import the world files from assets and edit THOSE in ZeroEditor. They don't become .LVL files until you've Munged it into the game.

1) Read all the documentation that goes with the Mod Tools.
2) Go to GameToast
3) Read all the guides there. Do what they say.
4) If still having trouble, search for a solution on GT. If that fails, post a new topic. They'll help you out.
