Hello... how can I reset all my attribute,skills,feats and powers for all character so I can customize them but at the level I have without using the "all skills,feats.." mods so i can have a normal game experience ?Is there a mod or something else who can do just that?

You're going to want to download KSE, or Kotor Savegame Editor. From there you can open up any saved game and edit just about anything you want.
