Deleting Groups

I was just wondering how to delete your own groups? I have one that is not going any where and would prefer to just delete it. I have already tried and I get a message saying I do not have authorization to do so.

You will have to ask a super moderator or administrator to delete it for you. Delete permissions are restricted to keep impulsive group creators from deleting groups that other group participants are still actively using.

Rise from da grave!

Hey, can someone delete this group please? It's dead, and I don't want to deal with it anymorez.

Have you considered transferring ownership of the group to another member?

Well, it won't solve the problem of it being dead, but at least then you wouldn't have to deal with it.

Meh, I wouldn't want to punish someone like that.

It's up to you. You could leave it, but with the way LF's non-modding groups are going it's likely it will just waste bandwith...on the other hand, It's not like it's a personal hindrance to me if you just leave it.
