Hello , Am lookin for a LightSaber Blade Tutorial and SFX Saber Blade Tutorial
i cant find any of them any were for Photoshop elements 3.0 or can just someone show me good tutorial for one ^_^ or point to one

okay so do you use Guassian Blur ? or Motion Blur o.O
and how many layer's do you use o.o 3 or 2 ? and what's the Px Demensions ?
2,4,8,10 or 1,4,10,20,30 o.o i use the Line Tool Then Make a new layer - Screen - Black - add white line for the blade - then i copy the layer 3 - 4 times but i don't know what blur you guy's use
