Load scenarios in 3D Max?

There any way to load the scenacios (if possible with textures) in 3D Max or similar?

Do you mean the areas? If so, you should know that, it would take a lot of work to export the area in a 3ds max file, and even so it would be without textures, placeables or characters. Just the layout and the structure of the area.

Areas in kotor are broken up into pieces. You would need to import each piece after extracting with kotor tools
