Will the Markus Eggers' instructions work for win 2000?

Will the Markus Eggers' instructions for installing the Xwing 95 and Tiefighter95 seriese games work for Windows 2000 Professional?

I ask cause i seem to be getting a problem where my game keeps crashing to the desktop with no error message when starting the Simulation.

I built this wndows 2000 machine with a 3dfx voodoo 5 5500 agp card just so i could play these games with no graphical issues that occur from having a highend NVIDA or ATI Highend card.

It may...just be sure you have Service Pack 3 and Windows Installer 3.5 (which is what I think is the version that you need for it).
