Can't Open KoTOR 2

Sooo I've installed KoTOR 2 twice in the past two days. Everything goes fairly well until I open the launcher and hit "Game." Every time I try this, without fail, I get a notice saying my graphics driver is out of date (which is false -- I've Can You RUN It?!'d it and everything checks out) after which the game proceeds to never open.

I then get a window telling me that the program has stopped working.
