How To Play Reign Of The Sith?

Theres a mod called Reign of The Sith that was released a few years back. Now, an extreamly nice modder gave me the link, I installed it and looked in the readme. My brain must be in meltdown because I cant figure how to start it. Can someone explain how, do I have to warp to somewhere afrter defeating malak? Or do I have to go a door near the end of the game and come back after the mods finsihed? Im confused :/.
I have the readme at hand if someone would like to look at it.

From what I gathered from an old site: You have to finish KOTOR the Dark Side way in order for it to work.
