Best video game trailers, let me show you them... and then you can show me yours *looks around*
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Epic trailer... EPIC reaction. And of course that trailer is based on the Ocarina of Time trailer which was then remade for the 3DS version...
Disaster: Day of Crisis
Possibly THE most epic trailer ever... it has EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING!
Super Smash Bros. Bawl
"It's show time!"
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony
I know the trailer for the main game is good too, but hey, Roxette, hell yeah!

Out of the more recent ones, this one comes to mind:
Admittedly, it's not made of in-game footage, however what makes it awesome is that everything that's in this trailer can be seen and done in the game.
Now, this one:
Shows a completely different look and style and yet has so many nostalgic moments, like the game itself. A big plus is that this one is made entirely of in-game footage.
This one's a bit older and lacks the presently popular Hollywood blockbuster look, but it's still among my favorites:
Shows a lot of gameplay, just enough of the story and, again, entirely made of in-game footage.
Other than these, I highly recommend the "Hope" trailer for The Witcher 2:
and pretty much any L.A. Noire trailer. At least that's what I can think of at the moment.

And the best for last. Even though it's a CGI trailer, you've got to admit that it's awesome.
Also, agree with igyman about the "Hope" trailer for Witcher 2. |

I really like the trailer for Limbo. It shows you everything you need to know about the game-play without having to turn it into a 3 minute CGI preview. The music is nice too.

I really enjoyed this trailer and it kinda caused me to gain a big interest in the game. Why can't we get CGI full-length movies like this!
