I just played the 1.0 of this mod, and it was epic. Truly epic, I really liked Tsig, and I hope that this 2.0 will not have those nasty loading screen bugs. I cant wait

Each of the six endings are now at the point where I can play through each of them in one go without the game crashing. I am now halfway through a thorough playthrough of a LS character, after which I'll be having one with a DS character.
After which, I shall be releasing the mod. Theoretically, I would only like to release TJM after every single tiny bug has been fixed, bug I don't think that's really plausible for a mod as large as this and with a team this small behind it. Even with myself and several bug testers repeatedly playing it from beginning to end, we could still be finding bugs by this time next year.
I therefore believe the sensible thing to do is release what I have to the public and then let them inform me of the bugs they find. It will be a very advanced beta, with the only real problems I expect will be typos, camera angles being weird etc.
The only serious bugs I can see occuring is with weird combinations of player choices, which happen across large peroids of time. For instance, if you fully complete your Jedi training, but decide you want to turn to the dark side in the final hour of the game, you may find something collapses. They aren't something I can see players finding very often though.
So, my LS playthrough should be finished by the end of the weekend, and hopefully the minor bug fixes and DS game will olny take a week or so. I'm thinking something like the 17th of December for a release so everyone can play during the Christmas holidays.

Just finished my full LS playthrough! Woo-hoo!
It was really awesome to go through the entire thing from beginning to end with every voiced line and cinematic movie.
According to my save game, it took 11h34m of gameplay to get to the end, so I'm also very satisifed at the length of it.
There were some troubles along the way, but I fixed them as I went. The only bugs remaining that I know of are where the sound files have gotten mixed up (Revan speaks, but it's bastila's voice that comes out etc). All very easy to fix, in fact I can probably do them all while having my cup of tea in the morning.
Next up, the dark side playthrough!

If its 11h34m for you, its most likely gonna be 12h+ for the average player, since you know exactly what to do and whats in it. by "full" do you mean all sidequests/romance/minigames completed?

Pretty much. There were a few sidequests I couldn't complete though, so in theory I could have been playing it even longer.
I think I'll be putting together a wiki for the mod on Sunday so everyone has access to a walkthrough.

That's not really the official release date, he just aims to finish bug fixing the mod by that time.
I've seen a great large mod been released early and absolutely ridden with bugs, so make sure you talk to your beta testers and thoroughly test it so we can have a smooth experience!

Yes, it's going to be a public beta release next week. There will be some flaws with it which I haven't been able to find yet, but it should also be very playable.
I've finished my DS playthrough, gone through the next set of bugs I found, and currently have 10 more to fix which shouldn't take too long. I'm still hoping to release what I have on Monday, but don't be too surprised if it's a couple of days late.

The exe compressed it down to 963MB, but uncompressed I think it's 2.17GB.

I think they should be alright, but I haven't been through all of the files.
I will say that the only unique force powers in TJM are Ootataa's shapeshifting abilities, so I think the worst that could happen is you loose them.

WHOEVER voiced Kannos, Exile,Kreia and some others secondary characters - you did a FANTASTIC JOB! I'm your fan from this moment and happy knowing that among Star Wars fans there such a talanted voice actors!
Shame that the CORE characters like Revan, Bastila, and others like Supreme Chancellor and scientist was voiced in such a POOR way..., by people with speech impediments. When i first heared Bastila's monologue, i was crying, literally...And when met Revan and discovered that legendary general has a voice of 13 y.0. teenager, my whole epic impression was complitely smashed....
Nevertheless, Trex. You did AMAIZING job - to handle such amaunt of work yourself it's something that realy deserves admiration! I realy HOPE that developing of this mod will never stop on this point, and there will be "Jedi Masters 3.0"  Also suggesting you to open donation pool, i'm sure that lot's of true fans of KotOR will help you to bring this mod on entirely new level!
