You could only use the giveitem to get certain plot items, like the sith armor.
The only way you can get them using the giveitem cheat would be to extract all of the plot items from each module and plop them into the override folder.
Forgive, but never forget. No amount of DLC can take back lying to your fan base. Trust is earned, not downloaded.

I doubt you can do it that way. You'd have to edit the save file and change all the plot flags for the game to recognise it.
Seeing as that is 90% of the game you want to skip, why not just download a save from the save thread that is on Lehon/Unknown World?
