They're promising broad character customization options, an interactive world, and impressive physics and visuals with the Unreal 4 engine that they helped develop. Of special interest to me is their aim to support a modding community; they say they are building all the abilities in a modular fashion so it will be easy for players to edit them, and there are stretch goals for further modding support.
