Unfortunately, you'll either have to reload a previous save or maybe someone (if willing) could rebuild the script based on some logical deductions.
I'm not saying I'll do it, but one could compare a save made before sparring, and a save made during the sparring. IIRC, there's a small delay before the end of sparring and the dialogue starting...
then again, that delay might be the globals changing...
