You might try making a separate layer of just the mask. Then you could experiment with the layer properties(like overlay or color dodge), or just adjusting the brightness on that separate layer.

Well.. problem still here. Even editing values in -ascii file doesnt worked.. cause i need to know default model of this helmet, cause i didnt make model its retextured model of HouseofAmon Revan Mask..
