Stuck at level 16

hi there, im in a large room with three other rooms comming off it, which have been opened with king solomans jewels and sophia has been converted into a differentcarnation of marduk. In the middle of the room is a structure of some ruins, however i am a bit lost as to what I am suppost to do. Sophia has vanished.

You are near the conclusion of the game. The only weapon you can hurt Marduk with is your charged whip. Find the most exposed place in the center of the arena to face Marduk for this last fight. Eventually, go back where you charged your whip (you can charge it multiple times). I hope this didn't reveal too much.

Thats the prob, marduk has vanished. looks like i will have to go back to the start of the chapter. Thanks anyway mate.

Sorry, I overlooked this in your 1st post. No Marduk - probably another bug in the game?

At least you were able to open the three gates with Sol's gems without having Marduk fire at you - that's small comfort, anyway.
