Need Help w/ the Candles in "Commie Winter Wonderland"

I've got all the candles. Now where does each of them go on the pedestal? Do I need to light them with my lighter? If the candles are placed correctly, should they open and move the bridge? Thanks.

I know you CAN light them with the lighter. If you don't light them in the correct order, the wind will blow out the last candle. After you place them all on the pedastels and light them in the correct order, the bridge will activate.

However, I can't find the forth friggin' candle. Are they all located in areas you must get to on the raft? I keep ending back up at the elevator thing.

yes they are all accessable by the raft....pay attention to where the water forks......i believe only one candle is found after going right on the first fork....all the other three are obtained by going off to the left side of the first fork....from there just watch where the river branches
