hey guys, i have had a wip thread over on deadlystream for a while now, link. so basically this mod allows you to train hanharr to become a dark jedi or sith, the option is only available to a darksided exile, atm it branches of of the breaking him sequence, when i make the other mod im planning, (you might want to look at the deadlystream home page for a teaser), i probably well habe this integrate with either the genoharaden or holocrons some how. any ways you can read the deadly stream page to see where i am at.
as i feel is only proper when you start a WIP, here are some screens:
man mdlops causin me greef XD, just trying to make a new appearance by changing hanharrs textures, mdlops doesnt seem to appreciate hanharr's model XD, im getting random mesh deformations quite funny actually, help anyone?

If you're just changing textures what are you using MDLOps for?

well im making a new row in appearance 2da and when i tried changing the texa column it had no effect, so i have to change the texture referred to in the mdl, hence the mdlops renaming tool. i also tried hex editing but that messed things up further. its kind of weird actually. i tried keeping the same amount of characters while hexing, mdlops has gotten me the farthes but it still doesnt like his model, when you export to ascii the model loses its weight maps so you have to re-rig it in 3dsmax, when i simply change the texture using the renamer tool it sends out these random faces from the model. i am simply not having any luck
basically i need the hanharr model, instead of being named p_hanharr i need it named p_hanharrjedi or p_hanjedi, and the texture it uses changed from p_hanharr to p_hanharrjedi or p_hanjedi.

All you need to do is hex edit the model, but the trick is to make sure your new name has the same number of characters as the original name. If you do a batch replace in your hex editor, you can take care of it with one click and you'll know you won't have any errors.

I just started replaying through both games on Saturday, and have been longing for this mod for a while. I'd certainly be willing to playtest it when I'm done with the first game.

Very cool, but has there ever been a Wookie Jedi in the novels or comics?
