I have day of the tentacle for mac, but do not have a mac. Using my friends computer, would it be possible to convert the game to a pc format?

Yes, if you play it through ScummVM.
Use the rescumm tool that comes with ScummVM to turn the Mac resource files into the standard pc resource files which can be then be used with ScummVM.

wait, how do you use the tools? They don't run on their own and I don't know how else to run them.

Unzip ScummVM, look in the tools folder for Rescumm.exe.

Open a dos prompt, Start>run>command

Cd to the ScummVM\Tools folder

Rescumm.exe yourmacdatafile
