is there any program that lets you browse through the stuff inside dark forces?

like pakscape in jk2 and jk3

It's called Container Manager. This is the direct link to the program. It can open Dark Forces files, as well as Jedi Knight .GOBs and Mysteries of the Sith . GOOs!

hmm,

ok so, how can I open the stuff inside the "container"?

File > Open Container

Then navigate yourself to the game directory and find the gob\gob\etc. files

yeah, I can open the main files when I open the program, but then when the main files are open all the files that are inside wont open, THOSE are the files im talking about.

You have to extract them to view them.
