not at the moment no. someone has made a character editor, for savegame editing, but it is in the beta stages right now. he plans on eventually adding support for editing your other characters. so you could swap feats out and give them the ability to, say, carry alightsaber etc. but it is not completed yet. so until then, not that i know of. here's alink ot the thread conataining the download site for the beta though....
