Nah, Double Agent sucks (though I did see you playing that). Chaos Theory is one of my favorite games of all time... I did a perfect on the bank level. No detections, no kills, no K.O.s. Going through a level and murdering EVERYONE is also fun, though.[/QUOTE]
DA isn't as bad as everyone says it is. Granted it's not the best, but its good enough to hold out until Conviction comes out. But I finally beat DA, so I'm happy. I just wish more people played multiplayer though.
EDIT: And I now have Counter-Strike.
OH YEAH

I got Tomb Raider Anniversary on Steam ($5 this weekend). BTW, if anyone has CTD problems right after the intro video, the way to fix it is to disable DEP on TRA.exe.

When the stealth meter is just Green, Yellow, and Red instead of a light and sound detector. It sucks.
When half of the like 6 missions happen in day time. It sucks.
When Grimm isn't even in the game. It sucks.
When the game is more like a James Bond movie than good ol' Splinter Cell. It sucks.
When stealth is basically thrown out the window for shooting scenes. It sucks.
Also, screw Multiplayer, I know that everyone loves that game mode, but I just ****ing hate it.
Nothing against ya _man, but I just hate Double Agent for how they completely ****ed it up after the perfection known as Chaos Theory. Hur dur dur. (lol)

No, sorry. I haven't had that problem yet, but perhaps this can help you. I've just been using new savegames and the autosave only as a backup, been burned too many times by autosave in games

I just got back from a LAN party with Halo 3. It was awesome. It was like the whole history of /b/ condensed into a four hour session. Here is an excerpt:
Player One: Ram them with the Elephant!
(We were playing Sandtrap)
Player Two: It's noot going fast enough!
Player one: Put it into second gear!
Player Two: There IS no second gear!
Player One: Then press the Z-button to boost!
Player Two: There is no goddamn Z button. Are we playing Star Fox or Halo?
player One: DO A BARREL ROLL!
There were internet memes flying everywhere. There were
OVER 9000
interenet memes said over a period of 4 hours.
Awesome.

Hmm, I sense business prospects for my career as an electrician picking up.....
How dim do the lights ACTUALLY go??? Can't be too awfully dim for sustained operation. Even so, you are treading into some dangerous territory. OR at the very least, hefty utility bills.

Generally speaking, the closer to the limit you push things (and sustain it there), the hotter it gets. Assuming fuses don't blow and/or breakers don't trip, it runs a risk of starting a fire somewhere inside the walls of your dwelling where the circuit actually resides. The insulation on the wiring would shrivel like testicles of a steroid user and the outlets would probably break. I'd have to check it out myself to see just how much power is being drawn.
If it rivals that of a microwave or shop vac or shop machines...we're talking some real serious power here.

Nah, it happens. Even in my modern house it can happen. During the night, if there is a lot of lights and electronics are on and someone turns on the microwave the lights will dim for a short moment. So really, there is no reason to contest his story on lights dimming, why would he make it up anyway?
In a weird side note, one time the power to my house fluctuated (you know, almost went out but stayed on) and it turned off my computer and TV, but I was playing on my 360 at the time and it surprisingly stayed on.
