I'm having some sort of problem (culling?)

Parts of my level just keep disappearing. I checked, and they're either world objects or func_statics. I also checked r_lockpvs, but it wasn't that. It's only this one level, and it happened after I added a new func_static to it. Objects appear to be being culled as if they were entities, as they are generally there if their origin (read center of brush for world) is in pvs, and not otherwise. Can anyone think of what might be causing this? I've recompiled several times, so it's not that.

EDIT: Nevermind, I ran brush cleanup and it fixed the problem. I thought I'd done it already, but obviously not.
