THat's right, I was at your work today Cracken, I watched you make my burger. It was a good burger, and damn you're fast...well put my burger together anyways. It was around 1:25pm...I'm stalking you muahahaha.

Ugh...burgers...I am so sick of burgers. I'm manager of a burger joint. After working their awhile their once wonderful burgers taste like dog crap with cheese on it. Yum.

Best of luck to you, Cracken...I hope your general manager and your district manager are good people. I love my GM to death, I'd do anything for her. But the DM...that man...needs to get @$$ raped and die. He makes everybody's life hell at work...I wish the owner would fire him and make my GM the DM lol.
Anyway...as for baby sitting...yes...yes that's all being a manager is. And it's surprisingly hard to babysit them unless you're lucky enough to work in a place where you can actually step back and manage. I'm a working manager, right there beside them making sandwiches and such, it's challenging hehe.
I wish I could throw a couple of people in the fryer...*cough*

I'm the same way. How can I say "You need to do this at this speed!" if i can't do it myself, and can't prove that I can do it.
My SM is kind of an ass, but he does it to motivate, kinda, us new managers to get to a level that he see's acceptable. Our district is cool, i like him.

I get to feeling like me and the register person could run it better than me, register, and grill sometimes...gets to feeling like another person just slows us down. But then I've been working there longer than most of the people there now so...
Anyway, I'm sure you'll do great. =) Just be careful to keep your cool and not talk about anyone haha

I'm just happy DSS' didn't contribute any milk to my food....I made sure not to get the milkshake, god knows what Craken has up his sleeve. And yes I still say it was a good burger, I was gonna harass you Craken, but there was too many people ordering food, didn't want to ruin your style.
