Dr.Loboto in Paragon City!?!?!?
Somewhere in Paragon City a villian from a summer camp has escaped to a small safe house...

Where he plots vengeance.
Sorry about the stuff that's wrong, I did the bes tI could, but some stuff was intentional to avoid legal troubles.
He's plotting.
Sorry, just got City of Villains. Know what the first thing I did was? Make John W. Booth.... But then I mad eLoboto!

He looks awesome, but where is this Paragon City? It reminds me of Marvel Nemesis, cause one of the characters is named Paragon. I know that was pretty much off topic so I'll compliment you again. His pirate hook is shiny.
"A few times in my life I've had moments of absolute clarity. When for a few brief seconds, the silence drowns out the noise and I can feel rather than think, and things seem so sharp and the world seems so fresh. I can never make these moments last. I cling to them, but like everything, they fade. I've lived my life on these moments. They pull me back to the present and I realize that everything is exactly the way it was meant to be."

Paragon City is the fictional world in CoH, and I might add, the character creation system in it RULES.
I've already made Abe Lincoln (armed with a samurai sword) and his nemesis John W. Booth armed with, well it should be obvious, titanium claws.

So I make a Mega-Censor in the game, and I'm chillin' in jail and who should show up?
THE MOTHA FUGGIN' ELRIC BROTHAS!
They did their duty as State Alchemists and PARTIED DOWN.
Here was the scene:
