I was hoping someone could tell me which Sith Lord wrote this.

Off topic: I was hoping someone knew where I could find a list of the Sith Lords and their apprentices in chronological order.

As for the code itself i dont think its been said who wrote it but it seems to be in contrast to the Jedi code so was probably written after that.
