Or there's a way to get 1 menu bar to look like that, I did it in my screenshots a few posts up... But 3 panels is probably easier. And the terminal I know is eterm, just search on the ubuntu forums and you'll be able to find the command line needed to run it.

I found this art piece off Deviant Art, it was just a really wide piece so I broke out Photoshop and made it suitable for desktop use (up to 1024x768 atleast) >_>
