You need to take a screenshot by pressing the PrintScreen button near the top of your keyboard to copy the screen. Then open your favorite image editing program, paste the image into a blank document, and save it. Then you can upload it to imageshack.
The reason you can't directly link from that site is because it's a flash site so the url doesn't change as you edit your character.
