Why no 1.02 people online
at the current time, I cannot find a single person or server using the 1.02 patch. y is this? I hosted a 1.02 game and waited 20min. and no one came. y dont people play with the newest patch?

I have 1.02 and play online, I've hosted many games. There are still people using the old patch or none at all because they don't know where to get the files from.

I thought the game would just tell you if you had the need for an update and would download it for you right then and there if you choose so players could not forget to go to the website and look?

Yeah, that's what mine did, and I wasn't even playing an online game.

I guess people just ignore that because I have yet to find someone using 1.02 online.

How can you tell what version they are using?

I went into the IRC and there is a guy named TGS who just sits there and laughs at any discussion you make about the game and attempts to contradict. Great channel.
