Technical Help

Does anyone know why my internet is doing this? In a few sites i keep getting this dotted box around everything. It didn't do this before...It's been doing this with quite a few sites. It makes a dotted line box around everything...And sometimes when i try to click a link ther box is there and i have to click 3-4 times to open it. It is very annoying and idk what it is.

I had to convert to firefox, IE is just too buggy and unprotected. It lookd to me like some kind of selection box, but im not real sure what to say.

If you can, I would also recommend Fire Fox.

No thanks i'm not going to just switch to FireFox everytime i have a problem with IE which rarely if ever happens. Also i tried FireFox it messed up my computer, don't ask how. I had to do a system restore because of the damage.
