I think BF2 s*cks!
In BF1 you can throw grenades, dive away much easier. The graphics are better and the multiplayer rules if you compare it to BF2. The new clone costumes look great but they arent much different to the stormtroopers, and they probably make the game more boring. The jedi and their tricks are fantastic! But only in single player, (I think). Because I think when your playing multi and theres a jedi on the field the game isnt fair anymore. BF3 should make the right mix between BF1 and 2. With only a little bit more of BF1!
(sorry everyone that my English isn't very well).
If someone wants to talk about this issue please mail me (knightfall89@hotmail.com) or I'll see you at BF1 ofcourse.

It seems to me like you can throw the gernades farther in BF2 than you can in BF1.

I never really noticed a difference, execpt perhaps the swbf1 grenades had more 'bounce'. Maybe thats just my imagination, still it led to many an unnecessary death on my part. Ahh fond memories....

I think there's a difference in throwing grenades in BF1 and BF2. In Bf2 you throw them more in a bow.

I think that he/she means that you throw it higher in the air and it kind of curves, maybe. like this maybe:
BF2: BF1:
---------- 0 H
0----------------0 H 0---------0
0------------------------0 H 0-----------0
That was fun, lol.
EDIT: The diagram didn't work just to let you know, but I'll leave it there so you know that I made an effort.

Still have it, still respect it but don't play it...
I just can't get enough of the original award-winner, SWBF1, which-- to me-- seems smoother, more realistic (like I'm IN a Star Wars movie, and not a cartoon game), and with fewer bugs and technical drawbacks.

Not much anymore, actually. Maybe if I had online... I'm playing RC online most of the time now. I really don't know why BF and BF2 aren't working, though.

Got kinda tired of it ;> also playing WoW basically means you don't have time for other games, but I quit playing it now. Perhaps I will return to BF2.

I'm not playing it now. Between LF, Amongst the Ruins(see sig), Photoshop, RC, and general chores and business, I don't have time for it.

I'm kind of a newbie (hehe), but I'd say that if you get it from Amazon.com or another place with low prices, it's well worth it. Of course, I didn't play the first one, so I guess I can't say anything. :P
But yeah, SWBF2 is a great game IMO.

I thought i'd give BFII a go today, but it disappointed me.
Not many servers, only one with players in it. And on top of that the server was German/full of Germans and TK'ers.

I hate it when I go to a server and it's full of Germans. Or with JKA it's usually Hungarians...

It's mostly on my part. I don't feel like paying a fee for Xbox Live when I won't use it that often. Plus, I'm sure my parents would say no anyway.
BTW, what's with the MachineCult RC moderator business?
