Why don't NPC use waypoints !!!

I've searched the forum and thought I found how to use wayponits and combatpoints . I linked everything ,made sure the npc was close enough but they still stand doing nothing , sometimes when I'm lucky they suddenly run to a combat point, I want them to move !!! Lazy stormtroopers !!! .

I've read about the scripting and behaved, so if you know a good tutorial site and all I'll try that gladly

Thanks they got some good tutorials about everything in GTK
I'll search for things there first before I asking these nooby questions here LOL

Must kinda suck if you have to answer the sam questions over and over again
