I'm not sure how Latin, or Greek these are, but here goes:
Jedi
Mareus
Ganicles
Xeron
Valeria
Laurentia
Sith
Darth Hamon
Darth Jarmaan
Darth Archeus
Darth Baelog
Darth Lupus
That's all I could think of for now, feel free to combine the names any way you want (maybe use some Jedi names for the Sith and Sith for the Jedi, without the Darth title, of course). Anyway, just say if you need any more names, or if you don't post what you've chosen.

The only thing I'll point out with Darth Lupus is that Lupus is actually an auto-immune disease, though I know you're going for the wolf theme.

Instead of making up new planets, I thought it better to post this link. It's the list of all planets in the Star Wars universe.

If you want a created planet, there is a whole system that I created called the Avalonian system. It is in the planet databank. The names involve a lot of mysticism behind them though the exceptions are Belos and Andorra.

Avalon is the central planet in the Avalonian system of five planets. The five planets are Andorra, Belos, Mikkado, Atzlan and the newest being Amshrey which is closest to the Forbidden Stars.
Each of the planets have different environments.
Avalon is primarily a forest world with mountain ranges that create isolated pockets where the Jedi tend to live. Rivers dot the land and flow into the lake country areas. Animals range from small mammals to large predators like the straif cats.
Mikkado is a savannah like environment dotted with plains. There are a few rivers and lakes but primarily holds crystal caves that bear crystals of lightsaber quality. The ports are space ports. Animals are savannah inhabitants like the weaver birds, draigons, and elefants and a few straif cats.
Atzlan is primarily a water world. A vast ocean covers most of the planets surface separating two land masses. The people live on the land and underwater are a species of people that are simply known as the Water Dwellers. Mostly birds of all kinds are native to this world. Most land animals were imported in.
Belos is farming territory. The land is ringed with mountains, valleys and plains. Forest dots a few areas in between the larger cities. Mostly farmers live here but there are a few mines, traders and smiths of all trades here. Local wildlife are similar to that of Avalon.
Amshrey is a forest world dominated by huge redwood trees in which the native Shreyites make their homes in the trees. It was colonized by a Mandalorian and an Avalonian. Wildlife include weaver birds, terantek, wild stallions known as Ronin and predators that are only visible at night.
The people believe in a system called Bushida, or the way of the sword. It is a code of honor that encourages the balance between all life forms. Unlike other systems, honor is given to the female and is reflected by the secret Handmaiden tribes that dominate mostly Belos, Andorra and Avalon with the highest honor being of the Belosian Bushida Handmaidens. While deftly skilled in the art of swords, these women also under go the duty of doing the Force's will. The male equivalent of the handmaidens are often assigned to the elit warrior groups to train or guard the planet governor.
From birth, all Avalonians learn the delicate relationship between the people and animal. All learn to wield the sword, a katana, or some other weapon. Some stay in a tribe, others live in the cities and undertake the trade or politics and other jobs.
It is often said that the Force began with this system because so many of the people are Force sensitives and it cannot be mistaken for luck. There are many Jedi though the numbers aren't certain since they prefer the isolated areas to allow for meditation. It is also said that it is a system that cannot be found except by those you know where it is and have a sincere heart.
The biggest enemy are the Rashikians, Outcast Avalonians who strove to use their power to dominate and rule the galaxy. According to legend, the legendary Heart of the Guardian, Kirabaros, drove them out and so decimated their numbers that the Rashikians had never been in full force again for millenia.
Technology is advanced but considered a hindrance. It is more often used in terms of practicality like survey, transport and even a few blasters and rifles. Most combat is preferred hand to hand and melee and transport throughout individual planets is preferred by stallion, draigon, or whatever beast is available. Their greatest accomplisment are their fleet vessels. THe fighters alone are more sleek and have proven to outrun Republic fighters on occassion though the technological secrets have yet to be revealled. Food is actually grown on the planet, synthesizers are only used in the case of drought and famine. Hunting wildlife also provide nourishment and never more than what is necessary.

If you plan to use any of JM12's planets, remember to say that she made the planets up. Enjoy.

My suggestion is to think like a miltary man. Look at the personality traits of this character. Is he cocky? Is he a maverick?
One that I came up with is Tiger but that's simple.

Since he's a Sith Trooper you need to think of some animals with a ''badass'' reputation, for example: Scorpion, Scarab, Hyena, Chameleon, etc.

Does anyone know about the characteristics of telosian names? I need some family-names, a last name for Jordo, for example, and maybe also some first names.

Well, apart from Carth Onasi, his son Dustil and Lt. Dol Grenn, I don't remember any other Telosian name even being mentioned in the two KoTOR games. I have checked the article on wookieepedia, but haven't found many useful references, here's the link in case you want to check it out anyway: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Telos
If I find anything I'll post it here, but for now all I can suggest is to use those three names as references and invent some of your own.
If you still can't think of any names, I will try to think of some for you, but tell me exactly what kinds of names do you need (male, female, how many names, etc.).

Well, the problem is, that I still don't know exactly, how many Names I'll need, except of the last name for Jordo.
But Thank you very much for your help, I will think about the Telosians in my fanfic, so I hope I can be more precise soon..

What kind of ships do you need names for? Are they capital ships, fighters, transports, or do you need names for all those classes and how many of each do you need?

OK, let's see... How about these:
Inheritor
Valiant
Herald of Destiny
Fist of Fury
Light of the Force
Unity One
Blue Star
Burning Sun
Red Rancor
I admit that some of these might be more appropriate for another class of starship and there are some that can be used for multiple classes. Feel free to use any one, or all of them.

This is a name from Starship Troopers: The Roger Young.
Also think of famous people or people that were heroes. Ships get named after them like the USS Reagan and the USS Miller

Example.
Tenner- rennet
Ron- Nor
Sometimes thinking of the words to turn around can be hard to think of but if you can then you can find some interesting and amusing results!

I'm looking for a few new ship anmes- about a dozen or so...
I'm writing a story that has some Grand Admiral guy with an insanely huge SSD and a small fleet of other ships. i already have a few names for the SSD, but i need a huge list of good names for the ships escorting it. these ships are Empire ships- all of them are hybrid, super-advanced ships. i want their naes to sound bold and powerful, and inspire fear upon hearign their names. I want original names- not old ones like "Invincible" "Vengeance" " 'Insert Name's' Fist" "Tyrant"... Completely orignal names that none would normally think of. they can be either English-like or Russian-like names.
Thanks.

This'll be a nice challenge for me. Let's see...
The Volkov
The Chalice of Torment
The Centauri
The Raskolnikov
The Namidyev
The Blackhearth
The Last Cry
The Ferryman
The Vrakinadze
The Advocate
The Damocles
The Prepityev
That's all I can think of so far. If these don't suit you, or you need more, say so and I'll have another go at it.

Well, they don't represent anything in particular, I just basically thought of Russian last names and wrote up a few. Raskolnikov, though, is the name of the main character of Dostoevsky's ''Crime and Punishment'' (Which I haven't read). Volkov on the other hand is the name of a Soviet ''hero'' unit in C&C Red Alert Aftermath (He was some kind of experimental supersoldier).
However, if you want exotic, but not Russian, I recommend something that resembles latin - a name of a Greek, or a Roman god, or a latin phrase even. The Inca and Mayan cultures are even more exotic, IMO, but I don't really know much about their names.
Anyway, if you still want me (or anyone else who takes a look at the thread) to try to make up a few names, let me know.

A gem/animal combo. Sure, I'll give it a try.
The Serpentine Ruby
The Tiger's eye (this is actually the name of a, well, not so precious but nice looking stone)
The Panther's Pearl
The Spider Topaz
The Crimson Hawk
The Bronze Cobra
The Diamond Drake
and just for laughs...
The Pink Panther!

A program that I like to use for coming up with names is Name Mage. It uses rules to generate names instead of picking from a list of pre-determined names. So for example, it'll pick a first syllable from a list of syllables or groups of letters, then pick a middle syllable, and then a third syllable. This way it can come up with names that sound like they fit in a certain fandom without merely picking randomly from a list of names that were already created. And you can even add your own rulesets pretty easily. It's at least worth a look!

Help me with a 'Darth' name
This seemed the most appropriate place, so i'll explain why I need help.
I've been designing a Star Wars D20 campaign recently, set just after the Mandalorian Wars (so a few months before Revan returns as the Dark Lord of the Sith), so I need a good villain. The players are mostly Jedi, and all of them served in the war. They were separated from the fleet before it fell to the dark side, so they didn't fall.
The main villain that I have so far is a Sith Lord, one sent by Revan and Malak to begin recruiting troops, and spreading discord throughout the galaxy before they return. There aren't any problems that I can see with having another Darth alongside Revan and Malak, as the rule of two isn't in effect for another 3000 years, but I'm having trouble actually coming up with a decent sounding name.
I've translated a few words into other languages, to come up with one, and the best i've come up with so far is Darth Venin, meaning 'Poison' in Finnish, I think.
But something doesn't seem right with it - It's a good name, but I'm not really feeling anything from it.
Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?

The Sith are uncommonly fond of corrupting perfectly good English words Take Sidious for example. Others tend to be pretty straightforward, e.g. Maul and Bane. Another angle seems to be Latin inspired, e.g. Nihilus.
Try digging out some dead languages (Greek? Latin?) and finding words in that. People seem more intimidated by ancient evils, after all
The sun goes down and the sky reddens, pain grows sharp.
light dwindles. Then is evening
when jasmine flowers open, the deluded say.
But evening is the great brightening dawn
when crested cocks crow all through the tall city
and evening is the whole day
for those without their lovers

Indeed....most Darth titles are based around an evil sounding English or Latin word. Darth In sidious, Darth In vader, Darth Malak (Malak meaning jaw), Darth Maul (Maul is a blunt weapon, seems fitting) to name a few.
Or, if you really can't come up with anything, consider a 'normal' name. There is some dispute about when the first time the title surfaced in the expanded universe, since Revan seems to be the first. And since your setting takes place before he claims/get's the title...
EDIT: Swithing some letters in Norse mythology names works for me as well...

If you are looking for a good name, look at other languages as people have said or use conglomerations or bastardized versions of existing words. In my fics the word sangtahut means blood traitor with the root being sang which is Latin for blood. Others have suggested looking at mythology. That works as well since in every culture there is the presence of evil or an evil being but just given a different name. Try Native American folklore as they have interesting names for different things.

Well, i've been playing around with an English - Latin translator, and i've come up with some interesting ones, both by mixing words, and leaving them alone:
Darth Atrum (latin meaning dark)
Darth Proditor (meaning traitor)
Darth Venquis (mixing up the words of he who betrays)
Darth Ranimus (mix of soul stealer)
Darth Decitus ( deceiver of worlds)
Or, for some in universe words:
Darth Kote (Mando'a for might)
Darth A'den (Mando'a for Rage or Wrath) or Adenn, meaning merciless
Darth Teroch (Mando'a for pitiless)
I'm really liking all of these, they're more natural, and 'evil' if that makes any sense. In each i've tried to sum up his purpose, the role that Revan has tasked him with.
He's basically the advance guard, who stayed in the Galaxy when the rest of Revans fleet disappeared - tasked with converting Jedi, bringing worlds to their knees, and making it easier for Revan when he does return. He's the main villain in the 'trilogy' I have planned, so his name is paramount.
Thanks for the help and suggestions guys, they've really helped.
EDIT: Added some names using Mandalorian words - some of which are really great.
