Regional Music

Since this is an international forum I would like to listen to music from people's countries. I'm not talking about rock music - that it's mostly the same everywhere - but local music. Maybe music that it's important for some reason for us. That has some historical significance. Or just music that we used to listen to when we were children.
For example around here we have tango, milonga, murga and candombe. What do we have the rest of us in our own countries.
Some background about that music would be nice. Like an explanation of what it says - if it's a song - or some trivia.

Does anyone know how to do that? For instance, where to upload the files?
I hope someone would be interested in this. Being Grim Fandango a game with so much regional influence it'd make sense.
Well, maybe I'm just in the mood of it.
