I got stranded once. By that, I mean I got stood up at the cinema which is 5 miles away from anywhere. And, by that, I mean I got the wrong day. And the wrong time.

I sense a bit of Mark Lamaar in you. And by that I mean without the sarcasm. And by that I mean without actually being funny. And by that I mean you're being so unfunny I want to gouge my own eyes out, unceremoniously remove the part of my brain that has the particular memory of me reading that post and hurl it out of my bedroom window at such a speed it hits a bus driver in the face causing him to crash, killing every single Nun on the bus.

I have two things to say!
Joshi: Whereabouts in Newcastle do you live?
I would like to add to the tiger bread discussion too. Morrison's tiger bread is ****, although the other facets of the Morrisons bakery are excellent. I used to go to Sainsbury's for my tiger bread though, although recent visits have revealed there to be only lackluster bread available!
P.S. To be a bit on-topic, Wakefield ****ing rules.
Here is our prison:
 .
We have Ian Huntley, Charles Bronson and Dr Harold Shipman hung himself there! Hurray!
Guess I had three things to say!

Oh, class. The Tesco there was apparently the biggest in Europe when it was built. Still, must be a harsh 30 minute metro ride to Sunderland. I'm in Heaton, which is definitely the best place ever.
Also, whoever censored me is a cock. Unless it was you Joshi, in which case I forgive you.

Yeah, I think it was automatic, unless you swore using your method above, in which case it could have been anyone (I don't tend to do that).
Yeah, the Tesco here is fecking huge, there's very little I can't get there, and it's only a 10 minute walk from my flat. There's a Netto right across the street from it, but I've found myself going their less and less and going to Tesco's more and more.
As for the 30 minute metro ride into Sunderland... which metro are you taking?! Last time I went to Sunderland it took me at least 40-50 minutes. But I'm not going to uni this year, doing a Placement in Jarrow which is also a 40 minute Metro journey every day.
Never been to Heaton (I don't think).

Doesn't that depend on which side you want to get to? Seriously, the biggest Tesco I ever went to was no where near Newcastle and it was absolutely huge. It took about a minute to walk from one end of the shop to another.

I fully intend to buy Frank Lloyd Wrights: Falling Water. That is after they fix the cantilevers, then I have to throw out the pesky tourists.

Actually, even though Tesco's and Netto are across the road from one another, it still takes an additional 5 minutes to get to Tesco's because of the car park. But yes, if i want to get, say, some drinks from tesco's, there is another 3 minute walk to the other end of the store (with an additional minute when I realise I'd forgotten to bring a basket).

If we're counting time used to go back and get some forgotten item, it would take me at least half an hour. I'm always forgetting my wallet when I go to a shop. I suppose it's ok though since the only things I need to go to shops for are junk food, crap magazines and random CDs, be them audio, video or games. And to buy things for other people since I'm such a good friend. Or such a terrible (as in not very good) flirt...

North, South, or West? (I'll assume not East, 'cuz there's not much in that direction...)
And please don't listen to the others... you can kidnap me all you want. I could use the change of scenery.
Oh,.. and by the way: I tend to respond well to torture... really well, if you catch my meaning.

I didn't see any Airplane songs being penned by the legendary Diane Warren; given generous doses of saxophone and then featuring in awesome films like Mannequin. Actually, I only know that one Starship song - but it's enough.

Did you even see the video to We Built This City?? (Which incidentally was voted #1 Most Awesomely Bad Song Ever.) Fυcking Lincoln climbs out of his monument and starts jiving. No-one should be lucky enough to take that much acid.
On a more serious note, Grace Slick has possibly the greatest female vocals in rock history - when she takes a lot of coke and drinks far too much, it's not very apparant. Starship perpetuates the idea that she's a talentless punk, when she's really the prototypical hippie rock chick.

I quite like Airplane really, I'm only winding you up. Bet "The 50 Most Awesomely Bad Songs...Ever." is absolutely class though. Yeah, I have seen the video, but Bernie Taupin wrote it? This only adds to their excellence and superiority.

I swear, we have NOTHING awesome about this town. But, if you're passin' through, it's west of Indianapilas, which is in the center of the state.
But don't pass through.
