Size tags messed up?
Whenever I try to change the size tag so it is smaller (example: {size=-5}, with brackets) instead of shrinking the font like the - sign should do, it just makes it bigger, like I added the + symbol.

If you want a smaller font, just set the size to 0 or 1.
Zero.

Yeah, like with HTML the font tags aren't relative. The default font size in posts is 2, so if you want it bigger you'd set it to 3 or above, and if you want it smaller you'd set it to 1 like jmac said.
There's no need to use a - or a + and as far as I'm aware it'll just be ignored.

Does everyone else see the font sizes as smaller? It may just be my computer, because even jmac's zero and one examples appear larger, not smaller, than the default text.

Could just be your computer. What browser do you use and what size text are you reading at?

Try boosting your browser's text size. In most browsers this should be by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling with your scroll wheel, or by the Ctrl key and the +/- keys.

Or ideally, go to View > Text Size > Normal/Medium. That'll at least establish whether it's a browser or computer issue.

Haven't checked back in here for a while, and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my MSN browser.

... why do you use the MSN Browser? I don't know anyone who uses that, I'd even suggest IE over that, just for functionality.
