Unsuspected BF II. exe crash

Hi, I don't know if that was already discussed on here or not but I get this message every single time when I'm trying to start Battlefront II:

"Battlefront II exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience, bla bla"

One month ago, the same game worked very well on the same computer ...

I have a Radeon X 700 pro graphic card, an Athlon 64 processor 300 + and the newest Kapersky antivirus software.

All updates were made.

Try reinstalling the game if you have not already

Did you install the 1.1 patch?

I reinstalled it, added the 1.1 patch and have that Microsoft message again...
