Hello, I've decided to close this account since i don't need it any longer. Question is, how do i do that? I've searched but haven't seen anything like "Delete account"
Unfortunately we have no facility for closing accounts as we don't want to mess up older threads and such that the account's posted in, and there's also the potential for somebody gaining access to an account and trying to get it deleted for malicious reasons -- amongst other reasons.
If you want to leave then by all means do so, but we can't close the account. You can always put a "I have left" note in your signature though.
Don't ban him. It just hurts to see people banned.

All right, this is turning into a "Don't leave us!" thread rather than a thread about how to delete an account, and since darkecho's question is answered, I'm closing the thread.
