Why am I not receiving notifications?

I wrote in my email options safelist, to filter lucasforums

Do you have your options set to receive instant email notification?

Yes, after every post that I've been making I choose that in the 'Notification Type' box

Just to help further diagnose the issue:

Have you tried also to subscribe to a thread via the Thread Tools dropdown list at the top of the thread? Another option is in your User Profile: Edit Options you can change the Default Subscription Mode to Instant Email Notification. Do either of these methods of subscription work for you?

I'm actually still not receiving anything. Please tell me the entire text that I should enter into my safe list.

Edit: Yahoo Mail Plus has recently changed to Yahoo Mail Classic, so that may be the problem.

I just received an email notification successfully. Here is what it looks like:
