Server uses protocol 15?

Hi, Im trying to set up a server on my computer using the DSmod. Ive done everything I can think of to get this damn server to work. Ive opened up port 29070 in windows (even though I dont have a firewall on) and Ive opened it up on my router.

I just cant get my server to show on the list, my mates cant connect (using the IP addy) and when I try to connect myself (in the "local" list it says "server uses protocol version 15" and awaiting challenge counts up indefinitely.

Anyone have any ideas what Im doing wrong?

Your server isn't patched with the version 1.01.
