I'm amused that your grandson found the game scary, but what do kids know? They've got no context for judging things. I found
Young Frankenstein scary the first time I saw it, and I was about seven or eight at the time (1974). And I had a cousin who was absolutely terrified by
Clue (the movie). I'd be interested in knowing what he thought were the scariest parts.
I wonder how'd he'd like it as
a bedtime story (shameless plug).
