GF Crash.

Hi, I have just downloaded this game and I have a problem already with it.

After I install it + patch it I run the game, I see the intro movie till the part in which the black guy says something about getting some saint and the pipe in the background starts to shake. At that point my game crashes... :| I heard from a friend that this is an awesome adventure game and I want to try it, but don't really know what to do...

I don't know how to solve your problem, but the first thing you could to is browsing Glottis' Garage, there are lots of topics with problems and answers, chances are great you can find your solution there.

Try to be a little more specific about your problem.Which operating sistem are you using in example,or did the error message pops when the game crashes.

I'm using windows xp. The game crashes during the intro cinematic or when I hit escape. An error message pops on my screen that says that grimfandango.exe crashed.

My pc config :

E6600 2.4ghz(dual-core)
NVidia 8800
2gb Ram
and using win xp with dx9

anything else ?

Hmmm,i have nearly the configuration as you,also win xp...and the game run pefectly for me!Maybe you have a bad version of game!?

No,I didn't mean the patch.Maybe you downloaded the game with some corupted files or something,i don't know exactly.

This happened to my friend who downloaded the game. I suggest buying the game i bought it for £5 and it works perfectly for me and i have XP to.
